Introduction: Coastal Living Spaces, LLC is a newer company headed by Charles “Kelly” O’Neal. Kelly has 20+ years experience as a carpenter and nearly ten years in CAD design and drawing. He began as a youngster working with his father learning his craft and developing a love and respect for wood crafting. He spent 4 years working for a local builder where he learned the intricacies of CAD design and drawing and learning the regional building codes. Kelly has built room additions, custom closets, custom vanities, custom kitchens, and he can draw your room plans for aesthetic viewing or permit plans. I am Melisa Robinson, the accountant, admin, liaison to Kelly and general helper. My job is to meet you, measure your space, understand the scope of the job you’re looking to hire for and get that info to Kelly for a comprehensive quote.
