Replaced and upgraded main panel to 200 amp service, installed new GFCI receptacles in two bathrooms.
As a cross-country landlord having to get work done on the rental property can be stressful and of course expensive. I hired Smith based on reviews here and was not disappointed. I have enough electrical background to make myself dangerous ;-) and every time I had questions about the work, his answers instilled confidence in me that the job was getting done right.
The work cost significantly less than other estimates, he was easy to work with and worked with my tenants to figure out the best times etc.
He got the job done quickly, worked with me to arrange long-distance payment and even came back a couple days later when my tenants had an issue with the stove, no cost, no questions asked, just to make sure everything was right.
I'm happy and my tenants are happy = my first choice for any future electrical work around Norfolk.
