- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone consultation to get all the details that will bring the event to life. If I’m unable to speak over the phone Email is also ok but my preference is phone. Once I have all the details I provide an informal quote for the client to look over and if their happy a formal quote and contract is sent.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always liked creating and discovered I wanted to go professional after more people loved my work.
