I struggle with ADD and depression and sometimes I get in a vicious cycle of overwhelm-shame-depression that I can’t shake and results in lower executive functioning and my space getting very very messy. These folks were so incredibly lovely. They had a positive friendly energy. I felt 0 judgement, I was still doing some pre-cleaning when they arrived and I didn’t feel like I was in their way. Super kind, flexible, professional. The house is spotless and I feel like I have my life back! 10/10 recommend. I will use again. And especially recommend for anyone who struggles with mental health/executive functioning.
