Anthony showed up when he said he would, he was very professional, courteous and quality oriented. His team was very meticulous and neat. After he completed the job he came back for a walk through and fixed a few very minor issues . His price was competive and his quality was very high, I'll definitely hire him if I have a need for future painting projects.

Absolutely thrilled with the work Antonio and his crew did! Antonio was the first response, the best quote, and did exactly what he promised including making a trip back to touch up a few spots. We bought our first home and every inch needed a layer of paint. Antonio met our timeline and far exceeded our expectations on quality, professionalism, communication, and customer service. We worked with Touch of Brilliance in July of 2017. They came in with the best price and the fastest availability. We hired them because they were so well reviewed. They came out and finished the job in the time they said they would, which was great, especially being that they were able to work around us and we didn't have to close. We have a 5k office space in Norfolk. I can't even explain how much we love the paint job. I can say that we needed to expand the painting into another room and since it was such a small space, we were going to knock it out ourselves. Well, my employee tasked with the painting quit early and took it upon himself to hire someone to come out the next day and paint the rest of that room, plus the final one we had left. That contractor came in and did a TERRIBLE job. There are faded spots, and smeared spots and even paint on carpet. I am going to have to beg Antonio to come out and fix what my employee paid that other company to do. I hope he has availability again. I've learned my lesson as far as painting goes, just be smart and hire Touch of Brilliance at the beginning and save myself and my company the hassle of not leaving everything in the capable hands of Touch of Brilliance.

When dealing with pricing each project is unique within itself. In order to get the best estimate a on-site one is highly recommended.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like the clients to feel as comfortable as possible with the process. In doing so we like to offer ideas geared to the clients specific needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this line of work while work in a shipyard in the Hampton Roads area. We proformed varies duties such as needle gunning, sanding, and mixing paints. Upon proforming the daily task my love grew for paint.
