Noemi and her Bronx Gourmet team did an outstanding and professional job catering my daughter's wedding on May 9th in Virginia Beach. Food was awesome, and the service was over the top! From our pre-wedding consultations and food tasting...to the set-up, food and beverage serving, and take-down...we could not have asked for a better company to cater this special event. Cannot think of a thing that went wrong, it was perfect! Thank you so much Noemi!

The Bronx Gourmet did an outstanding Job at our wedding. Noemi and her staff not only followed through on every aspect of what was agreed to, they also rolled with how the event went and made our day seamless. I cannot stress enough as to how important that was. We did not have a wedding coordinator and required a lot of attention to detail from our vendors. The Bronx Gourmet nailed it. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years as a manager and proprietor and I was impressed with the excellent service we received on our special day. OH, and the food was outstanding, the Pork and Chicken Entrees tasted as good as they looked. The portion sizes where outstanding, great value!! Our guests were impressed with the quality of the food. If you want a caterer who follows through, who has a direct line of clear communication, provides great professional service at an even greater value.. Choose the Bronx gourmet.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on three things: 1. Type of food desired by the client (chicken, steak, seafood, lamb, etc) 2. Number of guests 3. Client's budget either per person or the whole event
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Associate's in Culinary Arts, Bachelor's in Food Service Management, and Master's in Business & Hospitality Management. I cooked for 15 years in the military & now I'm a business owner!! In a nutshell, I'm educated and I know what I'm doing!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 15+ year of cooking in the United States Navy, I decided to continue my culinary path and learn the gourmet side of my industry. Once I found out what personal chefs do, I knew that's what I wanted to do. My passion for this far exceeds just putting a meal on a plate. To me, its the most sincerest thing you can offer a person.
