I contacted and interviewed 5 different roofing contractors to get estimates on replacing my 23 yr old roof, install trim wrap and soffets, and to remove and replace my gutters. After going over all the bids, I decided to go with Don Rafa. The owner, Rafael, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions on multiple occasions. He was down to earth, and his prices were fair and within the price point for the amount of work I was looking to do. He was very accommodating and gave me recommendations on my particular roofing needs. After signing the contract, Don Rafa was accommodating to my schedule and started the roofing project on a date we agreed upon.
The workers were friendly, professional and helpful, answering any additional questions that I had. They did a fantastic job in tearing off the old roof, replacing bad wood and installing GAF Timberline HD shingles, with GAF's Cobra underlayment and ridge vent system. They installed the roof per my contract and within two days. The roofers placed tarp down to protect my yard and cleaned up after they were done, they also used a magnet roller to pick up any stray nails. I am very pleased with the quality of the work!!!
After the new roof was replaced, Don Rafa's roofers started the trim work making sure to remove and replace any bad wood. I have a fairly large home with a wrap around porch, so it took a couple of days to finish the trim. The new trim looks great and was professionally installed using quality caulked (OSI Quad) as required.
Lastly, Rafael had a great gutter sub-contractor who was able to replace all of my gutters within a day. The gutters were seamless and manufactured at my home using a seamless gutter machine. They even placed an additional downspout (at my request) in an area that I previously had some problems with the amount of water coming off the roof. The new gutters are look great and were installed professionally.
I highly recommend Don Rafa roofing for you roofing needs. Rafael was honest, intelligent and knowledgeable concerning roofing materials, shingle manufacturers and warranties, trim and gutter work. I am pleased to say Don Rafa was able to do all of this work within budget and on schedule. Thanks Rafael and Team!!!

Could not be more happy with the work! Rafael is a straight-shooter. One day after shaking hands in agreement, the supplies were delivered and his crew was on-site the following morning. His men were very respectful and Rafael kept us updated on the status of the project as the day progressed. Once complete, he and his crew left my house as they found it, with the exception of a brand-new roof. I have and will recommend him to anyone who could use his services. In fact, I am already considering what projects I will have done next by Don Rafa Contracting. Great experience!

Very professional, deliver what they promise. Damaged a gutter during roof installation and fixed what they damaged with no issues. I highly recommend them and will use them again for other projects

Rafael responded to my request instantly. He came out and examined the damage to my roof and took care of it right away. Thanks to his keen attention to details, I no longer have a shabby and leaking roof.
