- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our objective is to build you the best trip possible within (your budget). Knowing your budget, goals, and expectations allows us to create the best experience possible for your trip. "Most Of The time", our private rates are better than the publicly available rates on packages, but usually not more. The best part is that we can do all of the planning and make sure it's done within your budget and schedule. Airline only tickets, domestic and international, without package will incur additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want your experience with us and your travel destination to be amazing. All of these practices help us to ensure you have an amazing experience. First, we great and treat everyone as we would want to be treated. Next, we qualify your goals and objectives, meaning that we find out as much as we can about your likes, dislikes, preferences, and most importantly, your budget. Once we have ironed out the rough details and come to an agreement, we will ask for a non refundable deposit. This deposit will cover the cost of research and planning and will be credited toward your vacation package on final payment. If a package is not purchased, and airline tickets (only) individual bookings (not packages), deposits will be considered part of payment for research and booking fees. Now our work begins, and we will work diligently to plan your trip exactly the way you want, making as many adjustments as necessary until you ❤️ it. Once it's perfect, we will have a few documents and let you know the final booking date for payment. Have a great trip! During your trip, we will be with you for any situations that may arise. We'll be on top of things like weather and events that may affect your travel.
