I was very impressed ;with Ricky over the phone. He told me he was very busy at this time but he would work me into his schedule, and he did just that. He made a trip to my house at a time when others would not, and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve my issues in a timely manner. He gave me what I consider to be a great price on the work he preformed and I intend to hire him to add another outlet in my master bath and repair a ceiling fan in our spare bedroom and well as some other issues in our old house. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I price the majority of my work below other contractors by internet search, apps, and customers that have already been quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to gain an in depth understanding of their needs, and discuss what Solutions May work best for both of us. I’ve helped some customers without even a site visit. This minimizes cost to the customer too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have received many different certifications, and trainings over the past 20 years that relate to my work. I have had college coursework in all trades, seminars for specialized electrical repairs, and other trade, and been trained extensively in maintenance related projects. I’m a lifelong learner and have always sought opportunities to gain knowledge in all areas that I provide service.
