I am so very grateful that we selected Josh's Steam-Pro Carpet Cleaning to service our residential carpet needs. My father lives in an older home with lots of traffic from grandchildren and family friends. Although the carpet was of good quality, it had been many years since it had gotten a professional cleaning and we despaired that it was worth saving at all--as a matter of fact, we were actually embarrassed to call in someone to look at it. Finally setting aside my pride, I googled for carpet cleaners in our area, found Thumbtack, and called several companies on their list to choose from. I was most impressed with the quick response and knowledgeable answers to my questions that I received from Josh's Steam-Pro. The special price quoted for four rooms of carpet cleaning was so reasonable that we were a bit sceptical as to the quality of service such a price would afford us. We were so wrong to doubt Josh and Dave Setliff's word! They arrived on time, quickly assessed the needs for each individual room, worked professionally, and with very obvious pride in doing the very best job that could possibly be done, They neither rushed nor dawdled. Each room was given individual attention, with more care where needed to get the best results. They were courteous and pleasant to work with, left everything neat, did not break my flowers (as promised--LOL), and really did give us that unbelievable price at the end!
