- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on a flat rate scale. You tell me what you have, I will give you a quote on what I would charge to move and relocate. Hourly rates can be tricky. Flat fees motivates workers to do the job both quickly and efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually contact the customer via phone or by email. I may be a little old fashion, but I feel personal contact with the client is imperative. If I were a customer, I would want to get a feel and know a little bit about the person I am contracting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree and working on my masters in administration. Not directly related to moving but it does help having the educational foundation to manage employees and business practices!!
