- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by a new customer, we spend time discussing their event type, duration, theme and color scheme to determine what services would best add to the celebration. Once those details have been discussed, the customer is sent a detailed service agreement outlining their booth package and a non-refundable deposit invoice. Once the agreement and deposit have been completed, Vivid Vignette will work with the customer to create a custom photo border for their event and finalize all details before the work is to be completed. All customers receive confirmation email and call on the Wednesday preceding their service date. Vivid Vignette will arrive on site the day of service 90 minutes before start time in order to stage and test the equipment, ensuring a smooth and successful event.
