I am very disappointed with Whoos Lawn Care. They never completed the job, will not return my calls or texts, and I paid them $80 upfront for top soil costs (which was never delivered in spite of their false assurances that it was ordered). These young men have potential, and they were very nice, and even might be good for mowing your lawn. But probably not for anything more complicated. I needed some grading/leveling, filling a trench (100'), and miscellaneous weed removal and small stump removal for an overgrown lawn (100'x50'). They completed two days worth of work, but showed up late both days. They told me upfront they had a mini-excavator, but after I hired them they revealed that they actually do not. They told me very confidently "Yes we can do (this and that), yes we have experience (doing this and that)." But in the end my yard is still a mess, the trench was never filled, and I still need to hire someone else -- not to mention eat the cost of that $80 that they took. I've have called and texted, but no response. I feel sad having to write this, and left them messages that I will have to write a brutally honest review. I hope they can learn from their mistakes -- and if you hire them, make sure they do the job before paying them.

This crew of two were hired for leaf removal. The job was scheduled for one time and lasted for three days and still wasn't completed. There were various excuses as to why they had to leave after a few hours each of three days. It was aggravating because I had to remain home for those extra days. They did show on time and did call if they were to be late but they petered out quickly. What is really upsetting as nice as I was to them, they never came back to finish the job!! I had to pay the trash man extra to haul away bags of extra leaves they had left. And here is how that occurred. On an early Friday afternoon, both stated they wanted to leave and stated they had "a couple of bags of leaves left and would add a couple of more" and one would be back Saturday morning "around 8:00 a.m." to pick all the rest up as there was no further room on their truck. Never showed; never called. And the quality of their work was unsatisfactory. I cannot in good conscience recommend these two to anyone for anything.
