Cesar was excellent! He was extremely communicative and kind, and he showed up early to the job. My floors look great, and he was even able to get most of the stains out (which have accumulated over years and years). Great service!

I have used DMP raining services for two separate services. The first time they came and cleaned our carpets and upholstery and did an excellent job with stain removal. The second time was for cleaning services. I have tried several other companies over the past year and they are the best. I'm extremely particular about the floors and bathrooms and they did a phenomenal job. My house smells so fresh and clean. I will definitely have them back for monthly cleaning service.

Cesar arrived on the appointment day and did a good job. Had some stubborn stains from food and drink that he removed. Carpets look as good as new. Definately recommend.

I love the job the cleaning crew did on my house deep clean. It really looks amazing. Love it so much I’m going to hire them on a monthly basis. The carpet cleaning was amazing. Caesar got stains out that I was certain would not come out. My floors look amazing I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again

Very open with communication - did show up 1.5 hours later than coordinated and also communicated all stains were lifted, even though large coffee stain remained. That said, came back immediately to correct and fix the issue! Plan to hire again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe our prices are way under the price of the competition. We do not want to compete with others Pro, We truly want to make money, but the most important thing is to meet new customers. One happy customer can bring us many more new customer through a referrals . The best way to make a customer happy is: 1) good price. 2) Good customer Services, 3) Always being Professional.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to show a really good impression to them, make them feel really comfortable with me bein at their house. I like to ask him for the rooms the would like to clean, and If there are some concerns that they would like to point.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work in two of the most important carpet clean companies; such Service Master and Stanley Steemer. I received many trainings in this companies. In my opinion the most important one which is Good Customer service.
