- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the service requested (pick up,delivery or set up) and ingredients and time spend on preparation and cooking and diversity of plates. Discount of 10% will be applied on catering and big events for more than 200 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fix the budget for each guest. Choose the right composition for the event and presentation. For big events, we fix a date for our customer to have samples. We stay in touch for any suggestions from both sides.
