We hired Jimmy and his team back in April for our wedding. My wife directly hired him but due to a slight misunderstanding and she had gave him 2* instead. I want to write and express that her review to him is unfair and I want to express my sincerely gratitude for him and his team efforts to capture our wedding. Jimmy and his team gave us a very good packages offer and I get the investment worthwhile. We booked him for 2 days and he almost cancel our wedding day but he has been so flexible for us and still make it happen. During the event, his team arrive early to set up, the team was always ready before my wife and I arrived. One day was raining but Jimmy didn't hesitate to get wet to get more shots for us. Both of the days our event went over the time but he is so flexible to stay overtime and we paid the extra hours that was reference from the agreement. What makes my wife gave him 2 star? Jimmy brought extra help and his assistant was doing behind the scene, we didn't get charged for that but my wife got misunderstand that was a lead shooter. Jimmy's turn around photos edit was very quick that cause an assumption of didn't edit thoroughly. In our culture and past experience, most photographer took more than a month or 2 to get our wedding pictures back. He took less than 2 weeks! All I can say, I want take you JP & his team for their best services. While I don't want get my wife upset by booking him in future but I want to share my honest options and def recommend him and his team for other wedding couple!

We absolutely adore JP! He is everything you can ask for in a videographer and more 🥹 our video is EXACTLY what we were looking for and everyone who has watched it has shed real tears! JP was accommodating, fun, and is hands down a really hard worker 🙌🏽 we were hesitant at first because you don’t get to see the final product until after your day is over but this is me (a recent bride) telling you that he’s worth betting on!! JP delivered that experience for my husband and I but specifically for me because I was so overwhelmed with my day that being able to watch that video, I was able to experience my wedding and actually enjoy the moment 🥰 JP is family now and we will be using him for all our future events 😊

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always request a phone, video, or Zoom call. It meant everything to learn about my customer and to have a connection between us. Once we have a complete understanding of the specifics, we construct a contract that specifies everything we can and cannot do. Only after the client has completely comprehended the terms and conditions will we proceed with the 50% advance payment.
