I hired Colwill Construction & Design, LLC to do handyman work in my home. I had lots of jobs from repairing front and back doors, drywall work, painting and repairing railings and power washing front and back concrete areas. There were other things needed and included in these visits. They spent more than adequate time in my home to make sure the jobs were done well. The work was done to the utmost of my satisfaction and was surprisingly quite affordable and guaranteed. I was able to get a written estimate of what the labor and material costs would be, allowing me to know, in advance, if I could afford it. I appreciate that there were no hidden costs, expert work, and friendly staff. I felt comfortable with the staff and was very happy with the work! I will definitely use this company again and thank Jeff Colwall and staff for allowing me to get a lot of work done at an affordable price.

My list of "handyman" needs was quite extensive and varied - electrical, plumbing, woodworking. Jeff and his team were able to handle it all. Jeff has an eye for detail and is not satisfied until the work is done perfectly. One of my projects required "thinking outside the box" resulting in a terrific solution for a problem area in my kitchen. I will use Jeff again and have already started a new list of projects.

I had a broken stair (oak) that needed to be repaired, along with a wooden back driveway gate that needed work. Jeff did a fantastic job rebuilding and fortifying that stair and gate. He also identified another area of the staircase that was weak, which he fixed as well. He did a professional job for a reasonable price. Jeff is friendly and easy to work with and we would not hesitate to contact him in the future for additional work.

I had a very challenging issue with the wiring that controlled the light in my ceiling. Jeff and E.J. never gave up and ultimately fixed the issue, installing a new switch with a dimmer and my beautiful new light fixture that I had bought to replace the outdated ceiling fan/light combo. They were very considerate and professional, telling me exactly what the issue was and the steps they would take to resolve it. I would absolutely consider hiring them again for any future projects.

Jeff responded immediately to my service request with a competitive quote for electrical work. I had the opportunity to speak with Jeff to confirm his knowledge of the project and to schedule the work the following day. As planned he arrived exactly on time and was able to start and finish the job within the hour. I appreciate that Jeff provided a competitive bid, but I'm more pleased with his professionalism to do the job correctly and in a timely manner. I would definately hire Jeff again.
