Work was completed on time and on budget. There was good communication between us and the company, we were told exactly what our money will be getting and the price was fair. Especially for the complicated finger joining to our old flooring. The workers were competent and respectful. I would recommend install pros to a friend!

Install Pros was efficient and responsive. Sean gave us great advice about materials and flooring and was really helpful throughout our process of selecting flooring materials. We had one minor issue that we asked them to come back to fix and they were extremely responsive. Install Pros did a great job and we would definitely recommend them.

The work: Our installation consisted of a 2nd floor anteroom/foyer/balcony and the adjacent stairs and landing leading to the first floor. The job was done installing Bruce hardwood for the flooring, with custom-stained stair treads and white risers. What went well: The overall precision of the work was very impressive. The cuts are clean and sharp, the joints are tight, with little gapping throughout the job. There are no squeaks or creaks. Additionally, the crew worked with speed and purpose. There was no wasted time and they worked a full 12 hour day. The installation was completed in one visit.
