100.00 an hour, once a week for 6 months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A health history is initially used to help me get to know you. From there we move forward with. Primary food concerns (things going on in your life- work, family, friends, etc), then begin with Secondary food (actual food intake, patterns etc), developments of goals, and then assisting with accountability so that you may reach those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Master level mental health counselor and half way through wellness coaching training (a year long program with Integrative Nutrition).
