Our pricing is based on the type of cleaning, the size of the space, and any special requirements the client may have. I provide transparent, upfront quotes so there are no surprises. Additional services, such as carpet cleaning or deep appliance cleaning, may incur a small extra fee, which we always discuss before starting the job. We strive to offer fair, competitive rates while maintaining high-quality work, and we are happy to tailor services to fit both the client’s needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to their needs and asking detailed questions about the space, the level of cleaning required, and any special requests. Next, I provide a clear estimate of time, cost, and services included so the client knows exactly what to expect. Once the appointment is scheduled, I arrive on time with all the necessary equipment and eco-friendly supplies, complete the work efficiently while paying attention to detail, and follow up after the job to ensure the client is fully satisfied. My goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed professional training in residential and commercial cleaning techniques, including the proper use of cleaning products and equipment. I also took courses on eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning methods, which allow me to provide safe and effective services for families, children, and pets. In addition, I have training in time management and organization skills, which helps me work efficiently while still paying attention to detail. I continuously stay updated on best practices to ensure my clients receive high-quality, reliable results.
