We offer highly personalized professional home cleaning services to get and keep homes sparkling and beautiful so our clients can focus on things that matter, like family and friends. We pride ourselves on the service we provide and the majority of our business is acquired by word-of-mouth referrals. Our vision is growth through service and our clients are our biggest and most major asset. Our experienced staff includes ten teams of three, most of whom have been with us for several years – a few even more than 10 years! We use our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment and are licensed, bonded, and insured. We also pay all payroll taxes – which means no potential tax liability for you. Your Cleaning Team has been serving the entire DC Metro area for more than 20 years. Our areas of expertise are Regularly Scheduled Service, Deep Clean, and “Move In, Move Out” Services, which give our realtors the guarantee to show an immaculate listing.

Ana and her team are trustworthy and professional. Ana came to my home for a walk through to see what I wanted done and to discuss any special needs i.e pets, fragile items, special requests. It would have taken me hours to get my place as clean as they did. My rugs never look so plush and fresh when I vacuum and you know what a pain it is to clean the rugs on the stairs. My couch was even vacuumed!. They changed the sheets, cleaned inside the microwave and the toaster oven. I have an electric stove and they cleaned the stove top that is always a pain to keep clean. I love a clean kitchen! This was my first time leaving strangers in my house but when I met the cleaning crew I knew I had nothing to worry about.

We are pleased with the service that we receive from Clean Sweep. The team comes every two weeks, they show up on time, the team leader is fluent in English, and they do a thorough job. When turnover in staff occurs, Clean Sweep arranges for replacements so that service continues without interruption.

We've been with Clean Sweep more than 10 years. The crew works very hard and the all of them are very friendly. Sometimes I've had to remind them to do something and they always do it cheerfully. Once when I could not find our puppy, they stopped and helped me look until one of them found her hiding. Clean Sweep is very flexible about changing appointment dates when we ask. After about 5 years the owner told me she was considering raising her prices. I encouraged her to do so but she seemed afraid it would cost her business and did not. But I started paying her $10 more because they did a good job.

We do customize each customers needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we make sure all questions are answered before we start. We have a list of services which are provided to every customer so they know what to expect. We then work on the schedule with our customers to make sure we are meeting their availability needs as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The ladies watch videos and we have one on one training to make sure they understand and know how to react to certain situations. Training with our ladies are done on a constant level since there are always new things to learn.
