Mitch and his team at That 1 Painter completed wall, ceiling and trim painting for two levels of our home. The results are incredible and have completely transformed the space. Brian also completed some carpentry work for us - adding molding, decorative boxes, chair rail and mantle in one room. The entire operation was profesional and smooth and the project finished a day ahead of schedule. I’d recommend this company for their quality work.

That 1 Painter did an amazing job on my new construction townhome. They were able to paint 9-10 rooms, granted nothing was in the house, in a long day. Looks fantastic!

I am just so pleased with my freshly painted rooms! Nothing beats a fresh coat of paint, except maybe a fresh coat of paint done so expertly :) Huge shout out to Nate who repaired my walls, took care of the cracks and completed two rooms (doors, trim and all) in under 6 hours! I didn't think that was possible! He was quick and efficient and honestly just did a wonderful job.And huge thank you to Mitchel for coordinating the project. Working with him was so easy from day 1. I have rarely been able to get a quote, coordinate costs and payments and have a project started and completed in so little time. Mitchel was responsive, helpful with my many questions about paint (I am decision-averse, so I over analyze everything!) and just generally easy to work with.I will 100% look to work with Mitchel and his team again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent and have upfront pricing. We do not charge you for extra coats and "change order" anything unless the customer requests additional work outside of the scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free estimate. One of our few project managers will arrive to your home on time. We do not hire sales people. Our project managers know the craft and will provide you an estimate within 24 hours, if not on the spot. This is the same person who will manage your project so you have one point of contact throughout the entire project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide free color consultations with a professional if you decide to work with us.
