- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by time of the year, day of the week and hours in the day. May, June, September, October, and December are the busiest months. Saturdays, Sundays and Fridays are the busiest days and 8PM to Midnight are the busiest hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require 50% upfront paid with a credit card or debit card after we determine we are the right fit for a function.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an Air Force musician playing guitar and singing. I also sang with the National Philharmonic for two years. I have been playing the top hits for the last 30 years.
