DRC did a complete overhaul of our front yard, widening our driveway, redoing electrical stuff, taking out the old landscaping and creating new lawn and flower beds. Frank also gave lots of useful ideas and suggestions on things I didn’t consider or know much about. I will definitely be reaching out for our next exterior projects!

I originally contacted Frank about extending our driveway, which turned into us talking about replacing our rotting deck with a patio. The images of Daniel’s Run’s prior projects, combined with extremely competitive pricing, were enough for my wife and I to hire them for both the patio and driveway. Frank was amazing to work with, showing us different color/stamped concrete patterns, while also answering any and all questions we had about the project. As far as the finished product, the quality of work speaks for itself. The driveway was exactly what we were hoping for, but Daniel’s Run really knocked the patio out of the park. Our only regret is not doing this earlier this year; it’s an amazing space that would have been great to have this past summer! TL; DR- high quality finished product, extremely fair pricing, and great to work with. Look no further for any outdoor renovations 🙂

We hired Daniel’s contracting to do the patio for our townhouse. They were very professional from the get go. Bill and Sean was very responsive. They did a such an amazing job with my patio and we can’t be happier. Every penny is worth it. I highly recommend them. We love it!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pick a time that works to show your problem so we can take measurements and prepare you an estimate. Work typically starts within 1-3 weeks and takes 2-3 days to complete. Concrete work is typically 2-4 weeks to start and 2-10 days to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 college degrees. $10mil+ in exteriors sold. 2 good ears for listening. VA Class A License.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask me how to solve your problems. We have alot of ideas and options. Treat the cause, then the symptoms.
