I cannot say enough about Joas Balloon and Decor. I called a few days before my friends home-going service frantically requesting balloon columns. I broke down on the phone because she was so gentle and kind and I needed that so much after losing my close friend. I had a general idea of what I wanted but she elevated it. Not only did she create beautiful columns that everyone loved but she also delivered them when she said she would, her prices are more than fair, she worked with the funeral home to display the balloon columns in the perfect spot and she reached out to me the day after the wake to make sure that the balloons were still inflated and that none had popped. This company and the funeral service was in Virgini but I live in MD and I never had to worry about a single detail. My heart is full of gratitude. Ill be calling her again and referring her to everyone that I know in the Fredericksburg area.
