Chris was responsive, on time, and thorough. He answered my questions completely and explained to me what he was doing along the way. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable about carpet repair and offers prices that are very reasonable. I am thinking about replacing our carpet upstairs and will definitely call him again.
