What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Currently enrolled at Stratford University majoring in Culinary Management to obtain my Bachelors Degree.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have a family of cooks ranging from my grandmother who was a head cook in a restaurant to an uncle who was a cook in the Navy for 27 years. Family loves to cook and that's what I was exposed to at an early age.

Graduations, weddings, pool parties, individual platters for dinner,
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did a graduation for a family and they called us back to book us for their daughters wedding for the upcoming year. We were requested by name to do it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your provider is certified in food handling and insured. To many operations like such are filthy. Check out healthspace.com and you can see all the violations against a business for cleanliness.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish they knew that my heart and soul goes into what I do and if something is wrong I have tough enough skin to accept advice that will make our business better.
