Introduction: My clients tell me that one of the things they like most about me is that I am an "active therapist and coach". I don't just sit back and listen. Instead, I come with you on your journey to explore, learn, make changes, and positively grow. I strongly believe the mind and body hold the answers, wisdom, and ability to heal. I am with you on your journey for as long as needed and you are sure-footed. I also do achieve client's goals speedily, cognitive/behavioral and sf therapy, understand temperament issues, coach and consultation services, and education and support services.
