- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are a flat fee. There is no charge is a project goes over the time expected. In cases where more work is added or the work is changed that may be a different price. Prices given assumes the furniture box is on the same level as the final location. We do not provide any wall mounting as of right now (including closet systems)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for a picture or link of the furniture and based on that we can give a quote. if a customer agrees we can put them on the schedule as early as next day and on rare occasions same day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience assembling dozens of furniture pieces from major brands, along with a background in various trades
