I was very impressed and pleased with Jose Garnica. He arrived on time, was friendly, and professional. He worked many hours putting together perfectly 3 full size arcade games: basketball, foosball, and combination air hockey/ping pong table.
He worked over 9 hours completing the job, but did not change his original quote. I did, however give him a generous tip. He cleaned up all the debris and put it out in the trash. I was very pleased with his work, his competence, and his attitude. I plan to hire him again, and I recommend him highly and without any reservations! I thank Thumbtack for referring such an excellent contractor!

I did not go with the insulation job. Instead, Jose is going to repair my load bearing wall which is sagging. So far he'd removed water from my crawl space he has done an excellent job. We are waiting for the area to dry. To be continued :)
