Koyhar is multi talented. He’s has been doing a variety of jobs in my 4200 Sq ft home for 15 plus years. He is trustworthy, reasonable prices, skillful with handyman work and really acted as my general contractor for 4 months as I prepared my house for sale. He replaced 3 news exterior doors, changed all door handles and hinges in the house, changed the exterior globules on the light fixtures, upgraded the wiring for the exterior lights to come on after sun goes down, replaced all the smoke detectives, does a quarterly maintenance on the water softener, renovated all bathrooms, removed all carpet and changed the floors to wood and or tile, etc. If you want someone who is honest, efficient and will carefully provide an accurate assessment, I highly recommend you call Koyhar at Kay Handyman Service!!!
