Experience as Senior Building Inspector for ten years at Stafford County, General Contractor built hundreds of homes. Performing Home Inspections for real estate since 2005. I will take the time necessary to complete a thorough inspection and answer any questions that will help a buyer make an informed decision. I enjoy communicating with buyers about all aspects of a home.Climbing on a roof, crawling through an attic, or belly crawling through a crawl space are the necessary steps to a thorough inspection. The pictures I provide are detailed and show all defects, so there is no confusion.
