I had an excellent experience with the ladies of Stevens Cleaning Service. They showed up bright and early on a Saturday morning and took care of business. Its been a while since the house looked this fantastic. They brought everything they needed, discussed their plans and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be using their service again.

I had asked The Stevens Cleaning Company to come do some "light cleaning" of our weekend house. My mother-in-law was coming to stay for the week and I wanted to give it some extra sparkle for her and her friends. You know how "they" can sometimes be--checking baseboards for dust, corners for cobwebs, or a bug or two in the back of a drawer or legs up under a dresser. We keep it pretty clean--since it's the weekend house. Or so I thought. These women would put Cinderella to shame. You know--CINDERELLA... the scullery maid who did all the cleaning? Well, let me tell you, in four hours--these women: TOOK APART my stove to scrub it Got on their HANDS AND KNEES to clean my bathrooms Took the cushions OFF THE COUCHES to vacuum every crack and crevice, AAANNNDD...get this... VACUUMED the dog beds! Yeah--This company is SO detail-oriented—They. Vacuumed. The. Dog. Beds. “Light cleaning” was what I asked for. I was a Marine for six years so I know a Field Day Inspection. I know what to look for. I know “half-assed attempt” and I definitely know a "Liberty Secured" because of a Field Day Failure. My. Home. Was. SPOTLESS. You know that gunk that develops in the very itty, bitty corner where two sections of the counter top meet? Gone! Baseboards? Every single one of them--wiped. And not wiped like your 15 year-old daughter cleans before heading out with friends. You know--drag from one end of the room to the other. They used little brush motions to make sure it was ALL dusted. Every recessed light BULB in the 18 foot ceiling was dusted They WASHED OUT the trash cans and put in lavender-scented trash bags! The spider webs in the BASEMENT? GONE! I mean--who does that?? We have four dogs (three of whom were out roaming the countryside so they missed all the excitement), and I tell you even *I* would have eaten off the floors after they packed up & I waved goodbye to them. SEEK OUT this company, because I'm booking them for all, all, ALL my holiday cleaning. Hell. I _may_ even fire my housekeeper in The City! Oh yeah, and when my mother-in-law came in (she didn't think I was watching cause I was carrying two roll-aboards and a raincoat), she took a big sniff, and I could tell by the slightest nod and an imperceptible grin, that she was impressed . THANK YOU STEVENS CLEANING COMPANY!

This team did a really super, thorough job. They were trustworthy, extremely responsive and charged a very reasonable price. They were very pleasant to deal with and did a really excellent job, spending an entire day on a move-out clean up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The Stevens Cleaning Service we offer 10 dollars off your first clean. We also offer free paper towels and toilet tissue to each client after service has been rendered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When becoming a new customer with The Stevens Cleaning Service we like to have the owners of the company for the initial consultation to meet and greet and show us a tour of your home. We then go over pricing and availability. After scheduling we proceed with service at the scheduled date. After service is finish the owners come back out and view what there maids have done and ask the client about there experience. As the owner i like to stay very involved!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My staff and i have been in business for about 3 years. We have come from doing a few apartments to expanding to commercial buildings. All staff member are certified and has had background Checks.
