First let me clarify we did not hire this contractor. The contractor changed pricing for the job after the original verbal quote was provided to us even though nothing on the job changed. We also asked several times for proof of insurance and finally received after the third request a week after the original request. The pricing change is very unprofessional and concerning. Before hiring this company, I recommend you receive a written quote and make sure you feel their insurance is adequate.

First, I would like to say sorry for the miscommunication on the quote. That day I had to send a tree specialist to access the job for me because I was incapacitated due to the LAWN BARBER's weekly scheduled jobs; the specialist was not to quote you a price at the time but he was to report to me the details of the job and what he thought would be the cost of the work to complete. He reported to me that the job could easily cost someone $3000+ to complete but he thought that the Lawn Barber could professionally get the job done for $2500 without breaking the customer's pockets, and that's what I quoted you to complete the job in a professional manner. The Lawn Barber had no reason to decieve you for a job of this magnitude ( 13 medium trees and 30 - 40 sapplings) The Lawn Barber does not do business in the manner you specified. We are a professional company with years of experience and plenty of satisfied customers. I'm sorry we were not able to reach an agreement on your tree removal needs and the miscommunication, but we hope you will find a Company that will satisfy all your needs.
