Introduction: We currently are training virtually but once this quarantine is over all training will resume in-person. When it comes to fitness, there is more than just training the body. I decided to start my fitness journey almost a month ago and I was confident in my trainer (Franklin) from the moment I met him! Franklin offers a complete program that not only focuses on exercise but also nutrition. I was provided with nutritional goals and ideas for meals and snacks. The focus is learning to make healthy eating decisions. This will not happen overnight and it’s not always easy! I’ve gone from eating fast food 3-4 times a week to preparing healthy meals ahead of time for my workdays. When it comes time to working out with Franklin you will never know what he has up his sleeve. He constantly varies exercises and switches up workouts. When this adventure began I never thought I would stick to exercising, but Franklin believed and pushed me until I was there and then a little further. I’ve learned how to properly use weights and exercise equipment. Don’t forget though, you will get out what you put in!! Franklin will be there to give you tools, knowledge and motivation to succeed. It’s up to you to use them to their fullest. Without hesitation I would recommend Franklin to anyone looking for a personal trainer!!!!

Franklin was my first personal trainer and did not disappoint. He knows his clients’ limits. With maximum calorie burn, he knew exactly how to push me without overdoing it. Not only was I losing weight, but I was feeling better, and my energy level increased. He continued to encourage me and stay positive. And, he always beat me to our sessions! He’s definitely an early bird and ready to go. I couldn’t have achieved my weight loss without you, Franklin!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is based on how much travel is involved. They currently are averaging about $54-$90 per session. Discounts are offered for two or more sessions per week.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All new clients are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular strength, muscle strength, coordination and core strength. Once we have all that info we can help by offering ongoing training, custom designed programs to make sure your form is correct and verify intensity is where it should be.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Since my clients are so varied in their goals, I want to everything possible to help them succeed.
