Franklin is an awesome trainer. He’s provided great information regarding different techniques to work a muscle. My running has increased tremendously. I am running with better technique than I did in the past. In fact, I was not able to run a mile at all. Now I can run a mile without feeling exhausted. We are working on strengthening my legs, my core, increasing my upper body strength and abs. Definitely a complete body workout.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is based on how much travel is involved. They currently are averaging about $54-$90 per session. Discounts are offered for two or more sessions per week.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All new clients are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular strength, muscle strength, coordination and core strength. Once we have all that info we can help by offering ongoing training, custom designed programs to make sure your form is correct and verify intensity is where it should be.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Since my clients are so varied in their goals, I want to everything possible to help them succeed. To this end I have many certifications and am always in the process of learning new ways to help my clients. -American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer -Nutrition Coaching, PN Level 1 Certified -Sports Conditioning Specialist -Sports Performance Specialist -Functional Training Specialist -Orthopedic Exercise Specialist -Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Fitness Level 2 Professional In process: -ACE Health and Wellness Coaching Certification -ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist
