- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent pricing on every job. Each customer receives a detailed proposal with all costs upfront and no hidden fees. Estimates are free, and financing options are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment at your home to see the project and talk through what you need. Depending on the scope, we provide your proposal at the appointment or within 1-3 days afterward. Once you approve it, we schedule the work, keep you updated throughout the job, and leave your property clean when we finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and certified by the manufacturers we install. We are an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor and a CertainTeed ShingleMaster, we hold James Hardie credentials, and we are a licensed Virginia Class A contractor.
