I appreciate taking the time to call and have a conversation about my issue, because I didn't know what the actual piece was called. Glad I had pictures in my phone at that time. Showed up the next day, 2 hours earlier then scheduled - i had no problem with it. The part was left outside so it worked for me. And they left the site clean, im particular about that...so, thank you!

Needed two roof vents replaced - one was a dryer vent. Great experience with JC. They came on time, shared pictures of before/after vent install, patched several other noticable areas on roof where water could enter, etc.
