Professional trade shows and food shows are some examples of the ways that we are able to keep up with our industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I studied musical theatre in college and always had a job in the restaurant industry! After years of restaurant management it was time to co to culinary school and finish the education. After a stint in Amsterdam and time working at the best kept properties and hotels Virginia has to offer it was time to have my own restaurant.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions are our most popular services requested. However we do cater luncheons, brunch and even offer specialty entertainment!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We participate in several large scale charity events each year and enjoy giving back to our community!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the food you purchase for your event is prepared in a state health inspected kitchen by professionals with training and insurance.
