Nikki is great, very responsive. Anytime my daughter needs help outside of scheduled sessions she always responds!!! My daughter initially was not open to tutoring until she met Nikki!! Nikki was able to make learning fun

Hi sorry this is what the worst experience I ever have. I have class 2 to 3 times and every time you cancel, didn’t get my money back so I lose out, but I find someone better and it’s all good very disappointed.

Hello I am sorry you did not have a pleasant experience with us. I do want to make you aware that you had three consecutive sessions that you missed I sent you a text message for the last one on 4/21 of this year and you never read it until May 7 which i have the message to show. I attempted to text and call you to discuss a refund and you never responded. It is unfortunate that your experience with us was not good and I am glad that you found some to your liking but ignoring communication is not the appropriate way to adjudicate a situation.
