Star movers did a wonderful job moving one of my single moms who desperately needed to move from her previous living conditions as it was unsafe for her disabled baby. Additionally, she was in a very hostile environment. Star movers staff came in at the last minute, was able to get her scheduled, and did it at a discounted rate. Thank you Star Movers!

STAR Movers (Hampton) did a wonderful job moving my families piano to my home. They showed up during the time period that was given to us. They were polite, personable & got the job done in a quick efficient manner. They were conscientious about being in my home, by rolling out a carpet to protect my floors. If you need a piano moved I'd highly recommend them! Thanks!

Moses and his team were so professional and made my small move so easy. I also want to thank Kristine who was the person I spoke to on the phone for scheduling. She was so kind in helping me find a time and patient with me when I had to cancel and reschedule last minute. I was so nervous, because I have never had to use a moving company before, but I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone in the future! Thank you guys so much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly and guaranteed pricing options.
Also, as a veteran owned and operated business we provide all veterans, first responders, police, and teachers a 5% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process working with a new customer is to first determine if we are a good fit for their moving needs. We typically do this via a phone call where we asks the details about the move and check our calendar for availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in the Army had my family and I personally experience over 14 moves, with all lacking the degree of customer care that I had hoped for. So, I decided to form my own company and start to change the industry from the inside. It's actually a difficult industry, but very rewarding.
