Working with Gilmore catering is a top tier experience. From drafting up a vision together, to creating minor details, and executing the plan. There is intentionally behind every decision and those sentiments are personified in the food. The quality of food is that of a Bib Gourmand level. From the beginning until the very last dish is washed it was an absolute pleasure. Cooking for over two hundred people is no small task. Keeping the quality consistent at scale is impressive and each plate felt like it was made on an individual basis. Thank you for all of the hard work!
