This guy literally talks to you and does everything he can to get you where you need to be! He corresponds like your exclusive personaltrainer! Also I literally need to be hand held and told exactly what to eat and workout ideas! This is amazing! If it doesn’t work its because of the individual not the program! Love it!!!!
