My pricing reflects customized in-home and hybrid personal training in Hampton, VA — not generic workout templates. I offer structured monthly coaching packages rather than random single sessions because consistency produces results. Your monthly rate includes: • Customized strength and weight loss programming • In-home or hybrid sessions (based on your plan) • Weekly progress tracking (weight & measurements) • Nutrition guidance • Ongoing accountability support There are no hidden fees. Programs are designed for clients serious about sustainable fat loss, muscle development, and long-term results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Goal & Schedule Review (Virtual) We identify your primary goal, training availability, and injury history. 2. Movement & Mobility Assessment For in-home clients in Hampton, we assess strength, stability, and imbalances. 3. Customized Program Design Your training plan is built specifically around your goals. 4. Structured Weekly Training In-home or hybrid sessions follow a progressive, measurable system. 5. Ongoing Progress Tracking Weight, measurements, strength benchmarks, and accountability are reviewed weekly. Serious inquiries receive access to my Spring 2026 Fitness Tracker to begin structured progress tracking immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active U.S. Navy service member with extensive military-level physical training experience. I am currently completing my IFTA Personal Trainer Certification and apply structured, evidence-based strength and conditioning principles in every program. I combine disciplined programming with practical, real-world application — helping clients build strength that translates outside the gym.
