Francisco and Orlando quickly accomplished our first job which was moving a large mountedTV lower on the wall. The second one was more complicated: although I had specified it was mounting a TV above a fireplace using a pull-down mount, I guess these aren't common as it was the first time Orlando had come across one. It wound up taking a long time with some trial and error and some backtracking where instructions had been skipped, but to give Orlando credit he stayed until the job was finished and remained good natured throughout.
