- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To provide as much detail as possible in your quote and to provide a phone number so that we can fully understand and discuss the problems. We have even lost some work because we could diagnose the problem and explain what it was over the phone. The potential customer then decided to tackle it themselves. But 1Ace Home was still there to help!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In addition to our repair work, we provide a standard monthly maintenance service to our clients where we inspect monthly, change bulbs, do light repairs and change HVAC filters. This is not a cleaning service, it is a monthly maintenance service to ensure that your HVAC, heating, plumbing, electrical system and appliances stay in the best possible operating system.
