- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You are going to spend a lot of time with this person. You should feel good about them. I always listen to my gut. If the person doesn't seem honest, or trustworthy, you should keep looking.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is extremely hard work. There are so many facets of the industry, so many pieces that we are trying to take care of and put into place. It is a customer service industry and that alone is challenging, particularly when you are someone like me that really cares. It's not just a paycheck, but you need a paycheck and it is how you are trying to make a living. Some don't realize the amount of time and energy that goes into your every day. That lack of appreciation can be difficult to accept, at times, but that is the nature of business and any business can feel that way.
