Scott Taylor is genuinely the best trainer ever! I was stuck in a sad place in my health journey and was extremely discouraged. I wasn’t making any headway, and couldn’t stick with anything consistently until I started training with him. He taught me the most sustainable way to make progress, encouraged and pushed me to be my best, was extremely patient with me, and ultimately gave me a passion for fitness I never thought I could have. With him I lost 30 pounds, attained a level of health and energy I had never known, learned perseverance, and gained a massive amount of confidence. My quality of life has improved so much since working with Scott. I am an older adult male that was struggling with high blood pressure and obesity. In addition, I hate to exercise and work out. Scott met me in tgat place and created a plan that alliwed me to substantialky liwer my weight and blood pressure. It has been several years since our time together and I remain healthy and on track.
