Ulfat was absolutely fantastic - all of the previous reviews were accurate. He arrived early, was courteous and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and solved it. Ulfat responded to my request for a dishwasher repair quickly and came the next day. The people who installed our countertops made it so the dishwasher was almost impossible to remove, but Ulfat was persistent and was able to remove it without damaging anything. As soon as the required part arrived, he contacted me and was at the house to finalize the repair within hours. I would absolutely hire him again

Ulfat arrived ahead of schedule , as I had requested if possible, carefully assessed the problem, carefully disassembled the shelves of my 7 yr old LG 25 sw ft fridge to reach the drain, carefully inspected the drain, noticed that the heater was working (meaning the refrigerator drain was clogged) and successfully cleared the clog in the drain. A pleasant tech from a different co. Had charged more to clear the drain about 7 mo ago, asserting a spider web had clogged the drain (an explanation I doubted). Ulfat drained the water into a jar and we strained it to discover a styrofoam bead had clogged the drain. The styrofoam bead broke off the insulation insulating sheet lining the back of the rear wall that covers the drain and its heater. The blockage was aided by bits of rust from the heating coil and the metal base of the drain. Both the styrofoam and the rust are clear evidence of LG’s poor engineering choices. Ulfat then gave me a very reasonable bill. He was a model of competent professionalism, a pleasant personality, and a value-driven businessman.
