I want to write up my approval of the job that Dulles Kitchen and Bath did for me. A one-stop shop that they are, the company handled my project of a complete remodeling of our kitchen very professionally. Their aim for quality and our satisfaction was equally reflected in their approach to their respective jobs. Everyone who came up to our house to evaluate, design, replace/repair, and install were hardworking, respectful of our property, and available to respond to our questions courteously. Even Ali was there every day and ensured that there was no miscommunication along the way both for us and among his crew. The little accidents that tend to happen despite all the planning were handled promptly and in an excellent manner. We knew then that the job would be done right. They may not have the cheapest quote in the market. But given that their work, their friendly persona, volunteering themselves for wonderful selection of tools and items, and more importantly, that they stick to their deadlines is encouraging in itself. We will be happy to work with them again in future.

I have to say that most contractors I've dealt with take their time contacting and getting the job done. These guys were AMAZING!!! Very responsive, very punctual and very professional!!!! Our countertop has a S shape to it which we knew would be difficult for any installer to install. They did such a GREAT job on installing the granite! We couldn't be happier with their work, their professionalism and response time. I called them on Tuesday and they finished the job by Friday. It took 3 days for them to meet us at the granite store, cut the granite to its right shape and install in our house. I am thoroughly impressed!!!!! Thank you Dulles Kitchen and Bath!!!!

Thoroughness and genuine concern and professionalism is what describes my experience with Dulles Kitchen and Bath. They definitely know what their customers want and what they need to do to perform a service that exceeds expectations. I live a busy lifestyle with no patience for waiting months for the new installation to function. And personally, I value those who work diligently and steadily to deliver what they had promised to do since the beginning. So it was hard to miss it out when your group of talented workers came in and quite honestly stuck with their work schedule (decided upon at the time of signing the contract) for an excellent makeover. This was even despite a short power failure that happened during that time. I was also impressed with how they had cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything immaculately perfect.
