Cesar did a great job with a difficult ikea cabinet assembly job. He had solutions for every problem (ideas forgot to include parts and the plastic feet not strong enough). He is quick, polite, cleans up as he goes, and reasonably priced.
I needed four framed prints installed in a level, evenly spaced arrangement. Rob did the job precisely. Then he diagnosed and fixed the door of my nice medicine cabinet that had never stayed closed properly. He was on time and pleasant to work with. I’ll call him again.
Working with Mr. Reid was great. He was always early to the job site, and always prepared for the day's work ahead. He is very flexible with your schedule and works hard to deliver on project deadlines. His services are very affordable and he delivers quality work. I would recommend him to anyone doing drywall touch-up or cabinet installation.
Walt and his guys installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal in our tiny kitchen where there had never been ones before. They did everything--cut out a space in the existing cabinet for the dishwasher, wired everything back to the electrical panel, did the plumbing, etc, and fixed a recently-discovered leak in our sink drain while they were at it! They were totally professional, did great work, and were super flexible as we were trying to get the work done as close to our move-in date as possible!
Randy and his team did a great job correcting our plumbing that was incorrectly installed, replacing our sink, rebuilding the base cabinet and faucet. They were professional and on-time.
We were upgrading (but not renovating) our kitchen, with used wooden cabinets. The cabinet sizes were uneven and our house's walls are tricky, being plaster and 100 years old. Nas Construction did an excellent, detail-oriented job of removing existing laminate cabinets and installing the new/used cabinets. The installation is very solid. They were easy to work with and I'd hire them again.
I contacted Steve & described our project. We were having a new refrigerator delivered on Wednesday, & we needed to have the cabinet just above it reduced by 1/2"-3/4" so the refrigerator would fit below it. I talked to Steve on Sunday evening, sent him pictures of the cabinet & surrounding area. He called me right back & described the exact method he would use to do it correctly. We agreed that he would come on Tuesday. Then I dropped the ball because my cell phone was dying & I failed to send him our address. I called him Tuesday AM, & he told me he had never received our information. Even though I was that late giving him our address, he STILL came that day as we had requested. He was prompt, extremely efficient, & did an excellent job at a very reasonable cost. You couldn't even tell that the cabinet had been worked on. While he was here, we showed him other projects we needed done, & have every intention of hiring him in the future.
I installed a new over range microwave and needed the cabinet doors shortened to fit a new shorter cabinet frame. Antonio went above and beyond.
John Mark Powet did a fabulous job repairing our curio cabinet. It took quite a bit of time, but we are very happy with the result.
Juan was very quick to respond, and he went above and beyond with little touches: instead of just patching a drywall hole, he spackled, sanded, and painted the small wall. He added stain to the false floor until my sink so it was a closer match to the cabinets. He worked longer trying to repair a bathroom faucet and didn't give up when a rubber gasket failed in a part previously (through no fault of his) and created more work. He finished ahead of schedule.
Rob came out to finish an IKEA cabinet that had us stymied about 90% through. He was terrific...immediately saw what the problem was, fixed that and finished the assembly. He's a very nice guy, and we are thrilled to have found a great handyman.
We had multiple contractors tell us what we wanted done was impossible or not worth their time. It was a small job (just one cabinet that needed to be cut in half to open up the room), but it took an entire day and a high level of skill and detail to complete. Henry was the ONLY one that said this could be done and that he would be able to maintain the detail on the cabinet (instead of just cutting the cabinet in half with a straight edge and forgetting the detail work). The job is done and I couldn’t be more pleased!! You can’t even tell the cabinet was cut...that’s how good his detail work was!! Excellent attention to detail, patience and skilled work!!
Julius did an excellent job in fixing my closets and my kitchen cabinet. I have other projects that he is going to help with. I highly recommend him.
Unlimited Resources did a wonderful job on my kitchen and bathrooms. They put in new cabinets, counters and stainless steel appliances in my kitchen and they were very professional and neat. I am very pleased with the work they did.
Sam did several small jobs around the house including rehanging doors, coming up with an ingenious fix for bi-fold doors that saved us a ton of $, he repaired rotted wood on our deck, hung a heavy mirror, fixed our hidden trash can cabinet. He was great to work with, had wonderful recommendations, was quick and even did a few things on his own time. I cannot recommend him enough!
I have no idea where to start! Erick and his team were some of the most professional, friendly, sincere, considerate, hardworking, talented folks I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When someone has a contractor in and out of their home, for a few weeks (we had some surprises lurking in the walls), you want someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. I feel like Erick, Rony Jr. and Rony Sr. became a part of our family and when they left, I cried. I interviewed multiple contractors, Your Contractor was one of the firsts, and throughout the whole process of selecting a contractor, Erick's personality and ideas just stuck! For our project, we wanted a very specific color of gray cabinetry, Erick stuck it out with us and searched on our behalf for the perfect cabinet...BEFORE we even signed the contract! He was there for any question I threw at him from what type of garbage disposal, an instant-hot faucet, radiators, lighting, magnetic knife rack, floating shelves, etc. He was just a text message away. He had great ideas and resources to help you find the right product at the right price. We had a tricky project. It was a kitchen addition that had little to no backup of when it was added onto our 1935 house. Our floors had to be grinded down by 2-4 inches in some areas just to make it ready for self leavening compound so we could install a tile floor. Surprise! This was a major set back as we had no idea that it was that uneven, but Erick took care of us. Our radiator had a broken valve and Erick did the research on how to best mitigate and correct that. Surprise! We had to reroute a ton of wiring, junction boxes and just make our electrical system safe! Surprise! We had a catycorner range/oven situation that Erick had to somehow work out...and he did, it's gorgeous. He tiled the equivalent of 80-some-sqft of backsplash. We knew that our project would be complicated, tricky and have some surprises for us and it never phased Erick. We also had some extra side work completed by Erick and his team. We had central AC installed a few months ago which left gaping holes in our drywall. In an old 1935 house, the drywall (like the floors) are uneven and old, you can't even tell that we patched massive holes all over the place. The paint is expertly matched too. Erick "Just wants to make you happy" which I think he said to me at least once a day, everyday and we are VERY happy. He also made certain that our cat stayed safe throughout the whole process. It was a worthwhile investment not only in a gorgeous, functioning, pinterest worthy, ChipnJoannaGainesesqe kitchen but in a delightful opportunity to get to know Erick. I can't wait to get started on our next project with him. I HIGHLY recommend Erick and Your Contractor. Give them a chance, be honest with him, show him pictures and work with him on a design that you will fall in love with and he will deliver! If you are considering Erick and want to talk to a reference- ask him to contact me - I am happy to share our story! I wanted to add photos of the before and after! The first picture was it, a stove, three cabinets, dishwasher and a fridge, now we have so many cabinets that I need to go shopping to fill and a perfect work triangle. Anything awesome looking...well that's Erick's work :) (Ignore the windows, they are ancient and we didn't want to redo them so please don't judge Erick on those - totally on us!) Erick - I know you will read this and I just want to say again - THANK YOU so much for everything. I miss you already! Appliances: Samsung suite, gas range, dishwasher, hood, four door french refrigerator Sink: Krause Sink, Brizo Faucet and soap dispenser, Insinkerator disposal and Instant-Hot Hot water dispenser Papertowel Holder: Etsy Floating Shelves: Colonial Hardwood for the boards, Amazon for floating shelf brackets Magnetic Knife Rack: Wayfair Cabinets: Marsh Cabinet Brand, Door Savannah and color Storm
They did a fantastic job and helped coordinate all the additional cabinet, counter top and tile work!
New Kitchen cabinets installed My kitchen was somewhat outdated. Asked my husband for new kitchen and to my surprised, it was approved. I called Wiliam Bellomee of ABCR Builder. First meeting with Mr Bellomee starting off on right foot. He was able to put my vision into blue print. Mr Bellomee provided job quote which was very good to my husband's pockets. William suggested I change my back splash which has my kitchen looking absolutely breath taking.... My next project is updating light fixtures which I have contracted Mr Bellomee for the job. Thank you William of ABCR Builders. I love my new kitchen cabinets. Just gorgeous!!!! Looking forward to the new fixtures
Learned about Curtis' company through work he did for a neighbor who was extremely satisfied with his work. They allowed us to see the work he'd done on their master bath and it looked great. We had our townhouse kitchen renovated by them. Curtis provided a very comprehensive estimate which detailed some items we hadn't considered such as daily clean-up, the payment schedule, and how receipts would be handled for materials purchases. His estimate came in at the middle of 4 estimates we received for tear-down of the original kitchen, new cabinet installation, tile floors and backsplash with some electrical and plumbing thrown in. He was able to accommodate an earlier start date when the cabinets we ordered were available earlier then expected by 2 weeks. He and his 2 assistants worked efficiently and more importantly they took care when doing the demo (and throughout the project) to protect the hallway floors and other areas of the house from dust, dirt and debris. They worked very efficiently and by the end of the 2nd day were starting on laying the tile floor. Cabinet installation went smoothly and he was kind enough to point out a couple items which we needed to report back to the cabinet makers regarding some bowing. Overall the project took approximately 9 business days from start to finish with a few small visits to finish up hardware, trim and reinstallation of the dishwasher once the counters and sink folks (separate company) finished their piece. His 2 assistants were equally pleasant and made us feel comfortable so we could ask questions as needed. We plan to use Curtis' company Oddjobs.pro again for upcoming bathroom renovations and some other work we need done.
I wanted to update my old kitchen. But didn't want to spend tons of money on a prestigious company for a cheap-fix- me up. I went online and loved the pictures of his previous work. I told him my budget. And they totally came up with an even better kitchen than what I had in mind! Got ride of the old cabinets, all the clutter, brought in some natural light, organized cabinet space, and gave an open-modern look to my kitchen. They were very professional, always on time, ethical and courteous. I never want to leave my kitchen now! It's my favorite space from the house. When company come over.... They actually think I spend a lot of money remodeling. Totally recommend Valle Remodeling.
Really pleased with the work Emington did in my kitchen - some cabinet/counter modifications, and installation of new stove and range hood. Very efficient, quick replies to e-mails and texts, great value.
